Anthropic Eyes Stainless: $300M Bet on Dev Tooling

Anthropic is in advanced talks to acquire Stainless, the SDK and MCP infrastructure firm whose customers include OpenAI, Google, and Runway. The reported floor is at least $300 million, against a $150M valuation in December 2024.
